PODCAST:
April 23, 2026 ~ Principal of Roe Strategic, Jason Roe, chats with Kevin Dietz about how Tucker Carlson is apologizing for “misleading” people about President Donald Trump as he is now vocally opposing the president’s handling of Iran.
A long-time political relationship is seemingly over after conservative political pundit Tucker Carlson publicly apologized for supporting President Donald Trump for the past decade.
During a conversation he had with his brother and former Trump Speech writer, Buckley, the former Fox News host said he was sorry for “misleading people” with his prior public rhetoric on Trump. While he was a vocal supporter of Trump during the 2024 presidential election, Carlson has since publicly shown dissatisfaction with the Trump administration over its handling of the Epstein files, the Iran war, and U.S. support for Israel.
“We’ll be tormented by it for a long time,” he said.
In a Truth Social post made a couple weeks ago, Trump publically lashed out at conservative critics of his, including Carlson. He called the pundit a “Hand Flailing Fool” and claimed “he was a broken man when he got fired from Fox, and he’s never been the same.“
