May 4, 2026 ~ Former congressman and Army veteran Peter Meijer breaks down the latest developments in the war in Iran.
IRAN ~ Iran and the U.S. issued conflicting claims over whether Iran struck a U.S. warship with two missiles in the Strait of Hormuz.
Iranian officials claimed that it struck a U.S. Navy ship on Monday as it tried to pass the Strait, which the nation closed in retaliation for the war launched by the U.S. and Israel over two months ago. U.S. military officials denied that any ships were struck by missiles.
This came shortly after President Donald Trump announced that U.S. Navy vessels would guide commercial ships through the strait. The U.S. Central Command later stated that two U.S.-flagged merchant ships were guided through the waterway.
