MICHIGAN, Jan. 19, 2024 ~ The Michigan Republican Party civil war continues as party officials aligned with Chairwoman Kristina Karamo recently sent cease-and-desist orders to her critics within the party who voted to oust her from leadership.

Letters were sent to about a dozen Republicans who alleged they were committing defamation of Karamo’s character and copyright infringement of the Michigan GOP Party‘s title and branding. This comes shortly before some party members plan to vote for a new party chair this Saturday following their vote to oust Karamo from her position, which she refuses to recognize as legal under the party’s bylaws.
