DETROIT, MICH. ~ It has been almost two decades since the Detroit Pistons won a home playoff game, marking the longest streak in the NBA with 11 straight postseason losses at the Palace of Auburn Hills and Little Caesars Arena. The last time Detroit was victorious on their home court was in 2008 against the Boston Celtics.
After losing Game 1 112-101 to the eight seed Orlando Magic, the top seed Pistons will look for more contributions from All-Star center Jalen Duren and veteran forward Tobias Harris, who both struggled on Sunday night. Detroit will also need point guard Cade Cunningham to keep up his level of play after scoring 39 points in the losing effort.
Tip off for Game 2 is set for 7 p.m. at LCA.
