Today, Rich serves as a Commercial Loan Officer at DFCU Financial, where he works closely with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their challenges and provide financial solutions that help them grow and thrive. In just his first two years with DFCU Financial, Rich has helped deploy more than $50 million in capital to businesses throughout the community, creating opportunities for growth, investment, and economic development across Southeast Michigan.

Beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, Rich has demonstrated a strong commitment to leadership within the financial services industry. One of the accomplishments he is most proud of is taking on the role of President of the Risk Management Association (RMA), a professional organization dedicated to advancing the risk management profession. Through this leadership role, he has helped foster professional development, strengthen industry relationships, and support the next generation of banking professionals.
