PONTIAC, March 12, 2024 ~ On Tuesday, the involuntary manslaughter trial of James Crumbley saw the prosecution focus on the manhunt of him and his wife shortly following their son’s school shooting at Oxford High School.

The prosecution argued that James Crumbley running away shortly after the 2021 shooting shows that he knew he had done something wrong. Throughout the trial, the prosecution argued that James Crumbley should be held accountable for his son Ethan killing four of his classmates since he ignored his son’s mental health issues and purchased him the gun used in the shooting.
