Dec. 13, 2023 ~ The UAW announced Monday that it filed charges against Honda, Hyundai, and Volkswagen, accusing the companies of union busting.

The charges, filed to the National Labor Relations Board, claim that the auto manufacturers engaged in intimidation tactics towards workers who promoted pro-union activities at some U.S. manufacturing plants, such as Hyundai confiscating union materials from employees while also distributing anti-union t-shirts. This comes as the UAW works to help workers unionize at 13 automakers in the U.S., including the three named in the lawsuit.
