A cab driver was found shot to death in a minivan on Detroit’s west side. Police said someone called them to report finding the victim, a man in his 30s, slumped over the wheel of an A & A Taxi Cab in the 9000 block of Artesian Street. Police said the victim was shot in the head. They’re not sure if this was a random shooting or if the cab driver was targeted.
