GOP presidential campaigns are closing out the year with several major shake-ups. Correspondent Dianne Gallagher reported from Washington: Dr. Ben Carson is saying goodbye to more than 2015. The Ted Cruz campaign announced the Iowa leader took in $20-million in the last quarter. Jeb Bush also did a little reorganizing of his own, with his Super PAC is pulling back TV ad money as the campaign puts more of a focus on the ground game.
