Hackel to give State of County Address

Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel will give his annual State of the County Address on Wednesday.The invitation-only speech is set for 6 p.m. at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts. Hackel will be, among other topics, discussing jobs, attracting new residents to the county, and the overall outlook for 2016.
