DETROIT, MICH. ~ For the first time since 2007, the Detroit Pistons have clinched the top seed in the NBA’s Eastern Conference, bringing home court advantage to Detroit for the postseason. The Pistons earned this feat after defeating the Philadelphia 76ers 116-93 on the road Saturday night.
