Whitmer Confronted By Protestors Accusing Her of Justifying ‘Genocide’ in Gaza

YPSILANTI, May 8, 2024 ~ Pro-Palestinian activists recently confronted Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in a social media video over her stance on Israel.

On Saturday, a small group of protestors began chanting at the governor while she was having a graduation meal with her daughter at Bobcat Bonnie‘s in Ypsilanti, asking her how she could justify “genocide.” Whitmer, who is a co-chair of President Joe Biden’s re-election campaign, has been criticized over her support of Israel’s military assault into Gaza, which has killed almost 35,000 people.
