Groundbreaking is today for the DMC Sports Medicine Institute. The
five-story building will be built between Little Caesars Arena and new Wayne State business school named for Mike Ilitch.
The building will serve Red Wings and Tigers, other athletes, and the general public
Retail will be included on the building’s first floor.
It will be completed next year.
