A Detroit woman has been charged in two bank robberies in Dearborn Heights. A preliminary examination has been scheduled on Wednesday for 35-year-old Candace Glover-Carter. She is accused of robbing both banks on Telegraph within a week’s time. The first robbery was on January 14th at a Comerica Bank branch and the 2nd robbery was on January 19th at a Dearborn Federal Savings branch. In both cases, police say Glover-Carter claimed to have a bomb and made off with $4,000 from each facility. She’s been charged with bank robbery and armed robbery.
