Troy Police say thefts are in the rise in Troy churches: there have been a couple of suspicious incidents recently at churches in the city. As a result, the police have scheduled a meeting Tuesday night and invited all local clergy to explain how to best to ensure their safety when churches and houses of worship become targets for thieves. The meeting will be held at the Troy Police Department at 6:30 p.m.
