State police confirm there has been a double fatality wreck on the ramp from I-696 to westbound I-96 in Novi. It appears an SUV struck a tow truck driver who was changing a flat for a motorist. The driver of the SUV and the tow truck driver are both dead. Witnesses at the scene say the Yukon, left the road way, hit the flat bed tow truck and flipped in the air multiple times. The woman who was getting her tire changed is hospitalized, but alive.
