Former state lawmakers Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat should be barred from running for the seats from which they were bounced. That’s what a member of a special house investigative panel thinks. Kurt Heise, a Republican from Plymouth, says he thinks the State Election Director was wrong in allowing Courser and Gamrat to appear on the ballot in special elections to replace them. They were removed by the State House. Courser resigned, Gamrat was expelled. Both have said they think voters should decide, not the other House members.
