Fire at Eastern Michigan University Dorm

Nearly 250 students were forced to evacuate the Phelps Hall dorm over night on the campus of Eastern Michigan University due to a fire.

Fire officials say one student had to be rescued from a second floor window, that student was treated for smoke inhalation.  The cause of the fire is under investigation.
