BUFFALO, N.Y. ~ The Detroit Lions fell to the Buffalo Bills in the team’s first loss of the season, losing 41-31 on Thursday Night Football.
While the offense shined for Detroit, the defense struggled to contain former NFL MVP Josh Allen. Lions’ quarterback Jared Goff recorded four passing touchdowns, while Allen tallied three touchdowns through the air and two rushing scores.
Detroit will come back home to Ford Field next Sunday for a showdown with former defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn and the undefeated New York Jets.
