TOLEDO ~ Toledo Police are still searching for suspects responsible for a shooting that injured 12 people on Saturday at a local festival.
The manhunt, now in its third day, began after shots were fired at the Old West End Festival, a two-day celebration in Toledo’s historic district that includes live music, food vendors, home tours, and shopping. All 12 victims are currently in stable condition, according to Toledo Deputy Police Chief Joseph Heffernan.
Heffernan believes the gunfire came from two individuals who were “probably shooting at each other.”
