HELL, MI ~ Ever wanted to own Hell? Well its for sale, or at least a Michigan community that shares that devilish name.
The popular small town of Hell near Pinckney in Livingston County is on sale for $625,000, consisting of about 7 acres along Patterson Road in Putnam Township. The sale would also include Hell MI LLC, an ice cream parlor, a souvenir shop, and a restaurant building.
The town’s businesses will still be open for business amid the sale process, according to its Facebook page. The property was listed by Swisher Commercial Properties.
“The HellMI LLC business has been profitable for many years, with over $327,000 in gross income in 2024,” the listing reads. “This is an extremely creative and multifaceted business with literally ten different mini-income sources accomplished on-site.“
