NEW YORK CITY ~ King Charles III and Queen Camilla visited the 9/11 Memorial on Wednesday as part of their trip to New York City. Charles honored the victims by laying flowers and spoke with community members affected by the tragedy.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani and other officials were there for the ceremony. The king also visited an urban farming organization in Harlem after the ceremony finished.
The visit comes amid strained relations between the U.S. and the U.K., with Trump attacking the U.K. leadership over its opposition to participating in the Iran War that began two months ago.
