DEC RISING STARS HONOREE | MARK ROTHSCHILD

Mark Rothschild is an accomplished sales leader at SmartSource, where he has been making significant contributions since joining the company. His professional journey in tech sales began after a distinguished 10-year career as a Navy helicopter pilot. As a dedicated member of the Detroit Economic Club (DEC) since June 2022, Mark has actively contributed to the community through various volunteer roles. 

He has served as a volunteer leader for the Veteran Resource Group for nCino, providing a supportive community for its military-affiliated employees. Along with being a founding member and volunteer leader of the LatinX Resource Group at nCino, an employee resource group that aims to create an inclusive community for LatinX and Hispanic employees. Additionally, Mark has been actively involved with Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, contributing to the Men’s Prayer Group and Childcare Volunteer programs.

Mark has built an expansive network to support veterans at various stages of this transitional period, helping them find their footing, career, and purpose. 

Mark takes pride in aiding anyone transitioning out of the military or considering a career in sales. His dedication to building up the community and contributing to its growth is driven by a desire to create a better future for both his children and the community at large.
