MICHIGAN, March 19, 2024 ~ An attorney who has repeated lies from former President Donald Trump about 2020 election interference was arrested Monday for failing to appear in a hearing last week regarding illegally accessing Michigan voting machines.

Stefanie Lambert was representing former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne in Washington D.C. under a separate case where he is accused of defaming Dominion Voting Systems, with the hearing regarding her recently leaking thousands of confidential emails from Dominion to Barry County Sheriff Dar Leaf in West Michigan. After the hearing concluded, Lambert, who previously sued to try to overturn Trump’s 2020 loss in Michigan, was arrested on a charge of “fugitive from justice” for not attending a court hearing on March 7 in Oakland County in her voting machine case.
