DETROIT, Feb. 13, 2024 ~ General Motors officially introduced the price and range for its newest electric vehicle, the 2024 Chevy Equinox, at a higher price than expected.
The car will start at $34,995, higher than the $30,000 price tag GM had promised for the vehicle, but could be lowered if buyers are approved for the federal $7,500 EV tax credit. However, the range of 319 miles on a full charge would offer an affordable EV compared to others with similar ranges.
