Dec. 20, 2023 ~ As 2023 is nearing its end, it’s time to sit back and reflect on the significant events that occurred throughout the action-packed year.

It was a memorable year for football in our state, as both the Detroit Lions and the University of Michigan turned in some of their best records to date. It was also a year of victories for labor, with the UAW, casino workers, Hollywood writers, and more returning to work under new contracts.

2023 also brought a year of tragedies, including the ongoing IsraelHamas war, the Michigan State University shootings, the fires in Maui, and more.

From Taylor Swift to Trump’s ongoing troubles, 760 WJR has a selection of it all right here for you!
