WASHINGTON, Sept. 15, 2023 ~Hunter Biden was indited on Thursday over federal gun charges where he was caught lying.
In 2018, Biden provided a false claim on an application to purchase a firearm, stating he was not using illegal drugs. After an investigation conducted by Special Counsel David Weiss, Biden has been criminally charged with three felonies due to providing false information. The charges include lying on a federal government form, lying to the federally licensed gun dealer in Wilmington, and illegally possessing a gun while using drugs.
U.S. Attorney Matthew Schneider spoke more about the charges on 760 WJR‘s “All Talk.”
