LANSING, Sept. 14, 2023 ~ Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson states that Donald Trump will remain on the Michigan ballot despite urges to remove him.

Although the former president may have infringed the 14th Amendment due to allegations of “engaging in insurrection,” Benson claims she does not have the authority to remove Trump from the 2024 ballot in Michigan. Ultimately, it is up to the Supreme Court to decide the eligibility and potential to disqualify a candidate under the U.S. Constitution

Jocelyn Benson spoke more about the call to action on 760 WJR‘s “All Talk.”
