DETROIT June 26, 2023 ~ The Detroit Red Wings recently announced their 2023-24 preseason schedule.
The Red Wings will take to the ice for the first time this year at 7:00 p.m., Sept. 26 at Little Caesars Arena to host a game against the Pittsburgh Penguins. The Red Wings will play eight games total during the preseason.
The Red Wings will also clash against the Washington Capitals, traveling to Washington on Sept. 28 before hosting the Capitals at Little Caesars Arena on Sept. 30.

(CONTINUED) Opening the month of October, the Red Wings will battle the Chicago Blackhawks on Oct. 1 before wrapping up the preseason with four games in five nights. These games include ones against the Blackhawks on Oct. 3, the Penguins on Oct. 4, and two games against the Toronto Maple Leafs Oct. 6 and Oct. 7.
Ticket sale information for the preseason and regular season will be announced at a later date.
