Oxford High School Students Return to In-Person Learning for the First Time Since the Shooting

OXFORD, MICHIGAN, January 10, 2021 ~ The students of Oxford High School are returning to in-person learning today for the first time since the shootings.This as prosecutors convinced a judge Friday to not lower the bond for the shooter’s parents, James and Jennifer Crumbley, who took actions prior to their arrest that indicated they were a flight risk.

Meanwhile, survivors of the mass shooting have filed an updated lawsuit, with new counts that allege gross negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress by school administrators.Hear 760 WJR‘s hosts talk to law enforcement officers and legal experts about the cases, and what comes next for the Crumbleys.
