A father of three Michigan brothers who have been missing since 2010 is up for a parole hearing this week. 48 year old John Skelton has served 10 years of a 10-15 year sentence on a charge of unlawful imprisonment. The brothers aged 5, 7 and 9 were last seen in Skelton’s back yard in Morenci on Thanksgiving Day of 2010. They were supposed to be returned to their mother the next day, but were reported missing. He gave conflicting stories of what happened, including that he gave them to a group to protect them from their mother. Police believed he killed the children in a custody fight.
