What’s Happening On Modified Stay-At-Home Michigan Day 62

Michigan businesses are gearing up. Under an easing of Governor Whitmer’s stay-home restrictions, retail businesses and auto dealerships across the state can resume operations. However, visits must be made by appointment and allows for gatherings of up to ten people. Restrictions will also be lifted this Friday on non-essential medical, dental and veterinary procedures. Still closed downstate are restaurants, bars, gyms, barber shops and salons.

Officials in Grand Traverse County say that two people visiting the area from out-of-state have tested positive for coronavirus. One has been hospitalized, the other is in quarantine.

The state reports 12 more deaths and 202 new cases.
The total cases 54,240 with 4,881 deaths.
