A Milan police officer is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a child.
47 year old Michael Couture faces charges dating back to 2008.
Couture has been fired by the Milan police.
He is a former liason officer for the Milan schools.
Couture is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a child under the age of 13. the school district says the charges are not connected with Couture’s work in the schools.
