The 2020 Democratic presidential race begins in Michigan today with visits from New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and former Texas congressman Beto O’Rourke.
Gillibrand will do a town hall forum with MSNBC in Auburn Hills and appear with Governor Whitmer tonight in Clawson.
O-Rourke had two stops in Centerline, at a coffee shop, and in Ferndale at a carpenter’s and millwrights union center.
President Trump will hold a campaign-style rally next Thursday night March 28 in Grand Rapids.
