A 20 year old Detroit woman is arraigned today in the murder of her boyfriend.
Danisha Mathis has been charged with first degree murder in the death of 26 year old Terrence Ricks Junior.
She ran him over with her car.
Her attorney argued that there was not enough evidence to show she should be tried for premeditated murder.
At her preliminary exam last week, a video was played showing her car running up on the sidewalk on seven mile on June 13thand running him over.
Witnesses said the two had argued and that Ricks jumped out of her car and was running away.
She fled the scene and was arrested later at her home.
