Another incident of a dirty surgical tool at a Detroit Medical Center hospital has prompted an investigation. The discovery delayed an operation. The incident occurred December 23 at Children’s Hospital of Michigan, according to the Detroit News. The state recently investigated a long series of similar problems at DMC hospitals. Word of the incident comes after the recent change of CEO’s at the hospital system.
