With the harsh weather conditions in the southeast states, FedEx shipments were delayed, resulting in many deliveries not arriving in time for Christmas. To make up for the delays, many FedEx employees volunteered to work Christmas Day to get the packages to customers as soon as possible. FedEx is giving priority to residential customers. Drivers will also make an additional attempt to the homes in which customers were not at home to receive their packages on Thursday. Customers called FedEx on Thursday calling them the “Christmas Grinch.” It looks like the new “Christmas Grinch” is making every attempt possible to “grow a new heart.”
