Detroit Police have talked a barricaded gunman out of a home on the city’s west side and taken him into custody. Police say the man was heavily armed. The man was wanted in connection with a fatal shooting on Steel Street earlier in the day. Police say in that incident two men got into a fight and the suspect shot a man in his 20s in the head, killing him, before taking his car and leaving the scene. The suspect may be arraigned today.
