Oakland County Circuit Judge Lisa Gorcyca says she will not remove herself from a contentious child custody case. In a written opinion the judge said she was not biased. The case made international headlines after the judge placed the three children at the center of the case into juvenile detention facility earlier this year because they refused to talk or even look at their father.
