Disciplinary hearings for two state lawmakers accused of misusing public funds to hide an extramarital affair continue Tuesday. This will be the special six-member panel’s second meeting to review the actions of representatives Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat. At question: were they dishonest and did they violate House rules and Michigan’s campaign finance law? Gamrat is also expected to meet with her constituents for the first time since the scandal broke.
