Homeland Security is on the lookout for what it says is a heightened concern over possible terrorist acts over the July 4th period. But local homeland security expert Andrew Arena, the head of the Detroit Crime Commission, said there is no specific plot known to authorities. Speaking on the Paul W. Smith show, he also said ISIS is very adept at using social media to help achieve its goals.
