A Detroit mother who admitted to killing two of her children will lose the rights to her surviving children. Wayne County Circuit Judge Edward Joseph terminated Mitchelle Blair’s parental rights to her 8-year-old son and her 17-year-old daughter. The judge also has ordered psychiatric evaluations for the fathers of the two surviving children in order to determine their parental rights.
