There was another block party shooting over the weekend as five people were hurt in a shooting at a block party outside a car wash on Detroit’s east side. The incident occurred about 10 p.m. Sunday at Gratiot Avenue and Loretto Street.
Police say there were around 200 partygoers there when two people fired into the crowd. They are still trying to get a description of the shooters. So far one is talking. The victims are in temporary serious condition.
