Two incidents: Carjacking and gunfire on I-96 Monday

Michigan State Police are investigating two incidents early Monday morning that happened along I-96 in Detroit that involved a carjacking and a shot being fired at a driver. The first incident happened just before 4 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near Martin Luther King. A driver reported he was forced off the freeway, held at gun point while four people stole his car. About 20 minutes later, police say another driver was side swiped by a vehicle and someone fired a shot at him.
