Ann Arbor police have a man in custody for an attack last week on a woman in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Ann Arbor. 22 year old Louis Flanders is facing charges of felony assault and 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct.
Police say Flanders got off a bus with a woman near Washtenaw and Huron Parkway, followed her to the parking lot and attacked her. He fled when a car drove into the parking area.
