Detroit police have arrested a 31 year old man they believe is a serial rapist who has attacked several women over the last four months. Ali Nasser Alriashi of Dearborn is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct and kidnapping. He’s been arraigned and being held on a $250,000 bond.
