Police remove 14 dogs, 2 children from filthy house in Roseville

No charges have been filed in an alleged case of animal cruelty in Roseville. Police removed 2 children and 14 dogs from a home on Legion. Authorities report that the home was full of rotting food, mold and animal waste. Two boys ages 11 and 13 are in child protective custody while the dogs are being treated at a local animal hospital. Police executed a warrant at the home after receiving several complaints about the odor. Police say they didn’t know children were living in the house.
