Macomb County Sheriff’s say a Clinton Township man was killed in a bizarre accident on Metro Parkway. Police say 29 year old William Rainey was pulling a boat on a trailer on Metro Parkway, when the trailer separated from the SUV. Rainey stopped, went into the lanes, and tried to pull his boat back onto the hitch. When another SUV slammed into the boat, Rainey was pinned under the boat and was crushed. His wife and the 21 year old driver of the other SUV were also injured.
