On Tuesday’s Frank Beckmann show, he had both Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and Macomb County Exectutive Mark Hackel weigh in on a closed-door meeting held Monday to talk about the formation of a regional water authority. Patterson and Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan were part of those discussions, Mark Hackel was not and has been very critical of being left out. Beckmann quipped that he was like a “high school girl who wasn’t invited to the prom”, but of course there’s a lot more at stake than that. Take a listen to a portion of Tuesday morning’s interviews:
