A Washington D.C. police officer is recovering from gunshot wounds outside of a strip club in Dearborn after an attempted car-jacking. The incident occurred at The Pantheion Club at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Oakman Blvd. Police say the off-duty officer was shot in the back. No one is in custody. The cop was a passenger in the pickup truck, his brother-in-law was driving, when the attempted carjacking occurred. Numerous gunshots were heard.
